Did anyone apply to Canada for a visitor visa recently and how did?
I think you are still trying to open that in browser. It wont work that way. Just save the file. After opening in browser right click -> save to local pc. Then open it with latest adobe reader (older would do too). I just verified and it works. Please dont click the downloaded document in chrome at the bottom since that still attempts to open it in browser and that would fail.
